No Show + Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is strict due to our intimate class sizes and frequent waitlists.
The cancellation window is 12 hours before your class start time. If you cancel within 12 hours of class, you will loss your class credit.
If you cancel within 15 minutes of class start time or simply don’t show up for class, you will lose your credit and be charged a $15 penalty fee.
If you wish to switch to another class, same day class changes are subject to a $15 late-cancel fee if changes are made within the 12 hour window.
These rules apply to everyone. Please be mindful when booking because we don’t want to see you lose classes!
